Breakfast

Since 2001 we have been holding sit-down breakfasts following Shacharit on a Shabbat morning. These are particularly popular for celebrating an anniversary or other simcha. Usually we provide a full “continental-type” breakfast which can include croissants bagels, smoked salmon, herring, choice of jams, cream cheese, cake and/or crackers, fruit, tea and coffee and fruit juice, although this selection can be changed to suit to your requirements.

A speaker is usually arranged (either by you or us) as part of the breakfast.

Kiddush
Edgware is proud of their Kiddushim. We have catered up to 500 people on a Shabbat. For your special event this can be arranged through our Ladies Guild. For more information and availability please see contact details below.

There are two type of Kiddush an “A” Kiddush and a “B” Kiddush.

The "A" Kiddush includes
Assorted dips
Fish balls
Herrings
Crackers
Danish pastries
Biscuits
Pickled cucumbers
Crisps
Pretzels
Olives
Whisky
Wine
Orange, Apple and Tomato juices
Soft drinks
Fruit juices

The cost of an A kiddush is £700;if two families share the cost is £800 (to take into account
the larger number of guests) but the cost is shared.

The "B" Kiddush includes
Cake
Biscuits
Pickled cucumbers
Crisps
Pretzels
Olives
Wine*
Soft drinks
Fruit juices

*whiskey can be provided for an extra charge.

The cost of a B kiddush os £450.

[the charges include Hall Hire, cleaning and all disposables. tableware, tableclothes, tumblers etc.)
