Why don’t you come and support, or better still play for, Edgware’s football team?

Edgware United's football team has grown from strength to strength helped with the continued sponsorship of David Oliver Designer Outlets.

Since 2001 they have played matches against other Shuls (but also against some of our own members in the guise of the Youth Service and M.V.S.) with a high degree of success.

During 2006 they have had notable victories against Edgware Yeshurun, Hendon United, Golders Green and Kinloss. They have drawn against Bushey and have sustained defeats against Hampstead Garden Suburb and the Youth Service.

Michael Schwartz says that they are always looking for more players. He says that the only qualification is that you have to be over 30 and have a reasonable level of fitness and skill.

EdgwareU latest victory was over local rivals Yeshurun. In a hard fought match Ahsley Davison scored a hatrick for EdgwareU as EdgwareU went on to win 5-3
